Philosophy on Training: Systematic classical training is the quickest way to achieve quality results. My approach to training is about the development of learning and understanding of core principles for both the horse and rider. There are no “quick fixes”, but there are many simple and practical solutions for different problems using effective communication. I believe in a teaching style that is approachable and appreciate that clear explanations go a long way towards harmony and success. My coaching Philosophy is unique in the way that the welfare of the horse comes first, which produces horses that are willing to work in harmony with the rider. I am known for my calm disposition and the consistent ability to produce a horse that works with the rider rather than for the rider - thus the foundation of Classical Dressage. A good trainer must be able to adjust to each individual horse and rider, and implement and supplement other systems. I use my broad base of knowledge and experience to produce excellence in both communication and compatibility, which in turn leads to success at all levels. |
